How do I place an online order?

Simply browse the catalog.  Whenever you see something you would like, click on the BUY ME button.  The item will automatically be put into your shopping cart which will open in a new window. If you decide to keep shopping, PayPal's shopping cart keeps a running total so you can see what’s in your basket at all times. When you’re finished shopping, click on the CHECKOUT button.

Can I send different items to different addresses?

Afraid not. In order to ensure your PayPal or credit card details are not abused with us, we can only ship to the verified address with PayPal. While some exceptions to this are possible, for your safety as well as ours, we prefer to ship to verified addresses.

Can I Phone, Fax or Mail Orders?

All orders are submitted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, which is as safe or safer than giving your card information over the phone.  At this time, we are not taking any phone orders, fax orders or check orders.

What Forms of Payment do you take?

Pay securely online with your PayPal account. It is FREE, fast and easy as well as safe to sign up for one plus it protects both seller and purchaser. When you checkout, you will be asked to log on to your account, if you do not have one, you will be prompted to create one and you'll see how easy it is!.

Is there a Minimum Order?

No.

Can I make Changes to my Order?

Unfortunately, due to automation, no changes can be made to an order once it has been placed into our ordering process.

Is it safe to Order Online?

We use the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means that your personal information and credit card information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet. Look for the lock or key at the bottom right of browser window. This indicates that the sensitive information you’re sending is securely encrypted.

What is your Privacy Policy?

We respect your privacy. Any personal information we request from you is strictly for the purposes of processing your order. We do not sell, communicate or otherwise share your personal information with anyone unless required to do so by law or as part of normal transactional procedures required to verify, confirm and ship your order.

What is your Mailing List for?

Occasionally we like to reward our customers with special promotions or coupons and we send them out to our mailing list. If you do not wish to receive this, you will be given the opportunity to opt out of receiving promotional e-mails in the future. Regardless, we do not release our mailing list to any other party for any purpose!

What are my Shipping Options?

Most (not all) orders ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment excluding weekends and holidays. We make no claims to guarantee delivery times of mail. Holidays and certain other heavy mail times may delay orders. Please order early around the holidays. We currently offer no other shipping options other than registered mail. We ship form our location in the UK (soon to be Canada).

What about Changed Your Mind?

We understand that shopping online is difficult and sometimes despite being given measurements, items are not quite as you expected them. If this is the case and you wish to return something, you need to do so within seven business days. To arrange a return, CONTACT US. A Return Authorization Code (RA) is required prior to mailing back your return.

What about Damaged or Defective Items?

Check your order thoroughly upon receipt! Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) upon receipt of your order. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Moon Charms. To report damaged or defective items and/or arrange a return, CONTACT US. A Return Authorization Code (RA) is required prior to mailing back your return.

How do I get a Return Authorization Code (RA)?

A Return Authorization Code (RA) is required to return anything to Charmingly Yours Jewelry. Packages mailed to us without a RA will be rejected and returned unopened to the sender. CONTACT US by e-mail to get your RA. Please include your order number, your email registered with us, and a brief description of the reason for the return.

What is your jewelry made of?

We sell solid Sterling Silver (.925) jewelry, Sterling Silver plated with 24k Gold (vermeil), and various carats of Gold Jewelry. All products are clearly marked. Individual product pages are designed to give you all the details for a specific product.

Why can’t I find a product I saw before?

We carry over 200 styles of Sterling Charms and are constantly updating to get them all added. A particular style may sometimes run out or be replaced with a new style. Check with us often to stay abreast of our ever-changing inventory.

What about Back Orders?

If when you order something is out of stock, we will let you know right away and give you the choice of waiting or getting a refund. We will advise on the expected waiting time for any out of stock item so that you'll know how long you'll be waiting..

Can you design or find what I’m looking for?

If you are looking for something particular in sterling silver and don’t see it in our catalog, CONTACT US with your request. We will be happy to help you if we can.

Can I shop from you in person?

Currently we are a mail-order only establishment. We will be attending several showl across the UK and US. Check our Show Schedule once we have one to find out if we’ll be in your area soon.

Do you Engrave?

We do not currently offer engraving services. Please check with your local jeweler.

How do I attach my charms to my bracelet?

When you order our charms, they are supplied with Jump Rings or lobster claws - the item page specifies which. Jump rings are perfect for attaching charms to the standard link charm bracelet. Simply use two pairs of pliers to open, attach, then close. Our rings are stronger than most fingers can open without tools! Lobster Claws are easy to attach as they are just like necklace closures. Simply press the little lever bar, the claw opens and attach it to whichever link you wish.

Can you assemble my charm bracelet?

When you place your order, if you can clearly state what charms go on what bracelet in the special requests section, then we will try to honor your request. We do not solder charms on. They will be attached as we have suggested they be done in the question above. There is no extra charge for this service. We are not responsible for lost charms.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Real Sterling Silver tarnishes, especially when exposed to humid air. Prolong this process by storing your silver jewelry in a cool, dry place. Smooth surfaced silver and oxidized charms should be cleaned periodically with a Jewelry Polishing Cloth such as the one we sell to easily remove tarnish and restore luster. For chains (Figaro or Rope) or pieces with filigree design impossible to touch with a cloth, try a dip made especially for Silver. Follow the directions exactly. NEVER dip any oxidized charm into any chemical cleanser!

What are Oxidized Charms?

Oxidation is a process that most of our charms have been put through to bring out charm details. It creates definitive lines and allow words to be more readable, creating a more realistic charm. It also slows down the tarnishing process. Cleaning an oxidized charm is easy. Just use a Jewelry Polishing Cloth to rub any area you can touch. Oxidation will remain in recessed areas preserving your details. Dipping an oxidized charm into a chemical cleaner may dissolve the oxidation and leave your charm dull and unappealing - don’t do it!

Gift-Wrap?

Sorry, at this time we cannot offer gift-wrapping however all our charms come in little boxes and we do sell small gift bags into which they may be placed.
